Hon Kaka Empowered Widows at Ifelodun State Constituency with Millions of Naira in Laudable Dividends of Democracy Largesse

 

The whole Ago Iwoye Community became quite happy with another landmark socio economic and political developmental empowering largesse from Honourable Kaka representing the people of said Ifelodun Ago Iwoye, Awa, Oru, Ilaporu Constituency in Ogun State Assembly. 

Their joy and happiness knows no bounds as they were all treated to specific materials, cash support alongside other goodwill as Widows within that constituency. 

With over 500 Widows in attendance, each of whom were treated even to a sumptuous meal in the gene of Festive season. There isn't any among the widows that didn't receive said largesse involving the distribution of thousands of yards of clothes, foods and cash gifts of millions of naira 

 aside from those others that were equally giving other support in both cash and kind. 

We witnessed those that got appointments for employment and those that received medical treatment on the same day that are independent of said day widow's project 

Speaking at the event, Hon Kaka stated that he has been doing this behind the scenes for the longest time, but resolved at changing the narratives for this special set of people who are living without other form of support since the loss of their husband forthwith, now that he is the Assembly Honourable for said Constituency. According to him these set of people are vulnerable in the society going by their respective conditions. 

According to Hon Kaka, many of these Widows are even of age hence don't have the capacity to be actively involved in many physical tasking jobs and services. Without proper alignment with their respective political constituency Assembly person and other stakeholders, none would be justified well in terms of dividends of democracy support. 

Subsequently, I have set up a platform specifically for the widows towards facilitating needful dividends of democracy to each of them on a regular basis. We've put in place a needful structure in terms of personnel to coordinate the project devoid of any exploitation and manipulation, so that the recipient would collect whatever is due to them.

Today acts involves many millions of Naira from his personal funds and this according to him is worthy of each penny because he vied for the Assembly post and understood that justifying each member of his constituency is a must hence his organising each member unto groups for easier assessment, coordination for needful access to him as their representative to Government of the day 

One of the beneficiaries Mrs Kehinde Toyale who spoke with our correspondent thanked Hon Segun Kaka for his kind gesture for reaching out to the widows in Ifelodun Constituency which was first of its kind. She prayed for God's divine guidance, mercy and protection for the lawmaker, while she also recommended him for continuity in governance in order for the widows to benefit more of dividends of democracy.

Another person Mrs Adedoyin Onanuga equally was full of praises to Honourable Segun Kaka. She explained that she was from Oru Ijebu axis of said Ifelodun State Constituency and wasn't surprised seeing many others from all wards of said constituency because needful information concerning the event was relay to right quarter all across each Ward's in said Ifelodun State Constituency 

She equally observed that though the Honourable is a member of APC Party as voted for but was more impressed that the Widow's Project cut across party affiliation. 

She eventually prayed deeply for the Honourable Segun Kaka stating that she's sure God would grant all his desire because such largesse have never been so experienced especially in this dimension at this axis. 

Dignitaries at the event include a notable clergy Evangelist Odumosu, APC Ward chairmen , Youth Leader and Women Leaders across Ifelodun Ward's Constituency and host of other notable politicians.

Addendum 

CAN Regions 2 Visit and Pray for Ogun lawmaker Hon Segun Kaka and Family For Blissful 2025. 

The lawmaker representing Ifelodun State Constituency in the Ogun State House of Assembly (OGHA)Hon Odunayo Olusegun Ayodele Kaka on 5th January 2025 equally played host to Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN Regions 2 within the same Ifelodun State Constituency who honoured the invitation to relate in a special way with them in fellowship at his country home at Ago Iwoye, Ijebu North Local Government, Ogun State. 

He was so honoured among the 12 dignitaries  within the 3 days 2025 Universal Week of Prayer that started at the palace of Ebumawe of Ago Iwoye,HRM Oba Abdul Rasaq Adesina Adeenugba. 

Considering the Eldership relationship and supporting role of Honourable Segun Kaka and his amiable Father, every Leader of every arm of CAN within said  Ifelodun State Constituency visited the Country Home of the Kakas to fellowship and pray with the family. 

Mrs Kaka and Papa Elder Kaka were visibly on ground to justify hosting the revereed Divine Association. Honourable Kaka has to stay with the Widow's Project ongoing on the same day throughout, so that he would monitor and equally prevent unwholesome issues like stampede or other form of incident during Widow's Project Event that started earlier that day. 

Not minding the scorching sun, each segment of CAN and their members troupe out to the venue aiming to personally relate with the Honourable Segun Kaka. Diverse prayer were offered for the family, Ago Iwoye, Ijebu North, Ogun State and Nigeria with appeal to God to change the narrative for citizens better lifestyle improvements. 

The theme of the year message was "I believe to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living" Preaching and exaltation that revolves around the theme of the year, were done by Pastor Segun Salisu, CAN Patron, Rev and Pastor Mrs Abdul while others supported the Elders. 

Kaka ably represented by his father and Wife further assured CAN as an Association of more patronage by influencing the well-to-do in the society and philanthropists to come to their aid in their areas of needs while striving at improving their standard of living of each members of Ifelodun State Constituency that includes all Christian and their family accordingly. 

Speaking further, the lawmaker highlighted that each Association within the Community would be treated as inclusive hence other platforms hitherto unrecognised before would be co-opted for better relationship or new ones formed to make them benefit from anything that has to do with the dividends of democracy.

Report has it that the needful were done for all members of the churches and their respective leaders that visited that day 

One can recall that about a week ago various groups and associations such as artisans, transport unions like commercial motorcycle riders, tricycle riders, community leaders, security agencies etc were not left out of the goodies distributed by the lawmaker during the yuletide season concerning other Community and Humane projects done some weeks back.
