He narrated that he is a Muslim by birth and till now still remains one.

*Social life*:  He is  friendly and  sociable. In all the schools  he has worked,  he always ensures that there is stability in their social forum. And when there are  lapses of any form, he  proffers solution .

He is  also the  treasurer of Muslim Girls High School Cooperative Society for more than 20 years now.

 *RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES*

Mr Adejonwo  spent major parts of his teaching career   in Muslim schools.  He was the Chairman, Muslim Community when he was in Moslem Comprehensive High School, Ijebu-ode.

He is a committed Muslim and derived joy  attending Muslim organized programs  such as  Ramadan lectures or any  other Muslim programs.

*BEST DAY IN THE TEACHING PROFESSION AND SAD MOMENT*

Mr Adejonwo's best day was when he got to the peak of his career. Though some of his mates have spent about 4 years as Principals, owing to the fact that they studied Education, and he didn't but glory be to God he had PGDE vertical. That made him spent 10 years as a Vice-Principal before he later became a Principal.

He stated that a terrible moment he had was when he was a teacher at Muslim Girls  around 1988 or 1999, when  a student misbehaved and was  beaten  in annoyance, this  escalated to serious issues  that they had to rush the student to the hospital due to the injury she  sustained.

That was the first and last time he had ever  beaten in annoyance.

 *HIS REGRET AS A TEACHER*

Mr Adejonwo took the teaching job reluctantly because of the poor salary given to teachers then and upon taking the job,  he  still attended some interviews, he was trying to look for better opportunities but at the long run,  he decided to stay and concentrate on his teaching career.

He  thanked God that at the end of everything,  he became successful as a teacher.  He  is  able to achieve better than those in other professions.

He thanked God for his life and achievement.

 *HIS ADVICE TO THE STAKEHOLDERS*

He advised that the  outright ban of school levy by the government is not helping the education sector because in those days when the government allows stipend to be paid like PTA levy, Computer levy,  and so on,  schools are better managed  but there are so many things that should be done in schools, but when there is no money to do it, there will always be an issue.

Students are encouraged  to prioritize their studies and  do what is expected of them.

Teachers should conduct themselves properly as their  profession requires.

Parents  should not leave everything to the government, it should be a collective work so as to achieve better results.

Mr Adejonwo is  blessed with beautiful children.

(His late wife, Mrs Basirat Adejonwo will surely be missed forever for her compassionate love and understanding).

We pray that God Almighty Allah in his infinite mercy will grant you sound health to live through and enjoy your retirement days. May the Government of Ogun State serve you more than you have served her.

*Congratulations 👏 🎉 and happy retirement*
