Ogun State Water Corporation Bids Farewell to Dedicated Public Servant, Engr. Banjo Musiliu Olabanji

 





The Ogun State Water Corporation, Ijebu-Ode, recently hosted a sendoff ceremony for Engr. Banjo Musiliu Olabanji, a Level 14 officer in the Mechanical and Service department, as he retires after 35 years of selfless and devoted service. The event was chaired by the Business Manager, Engr. Salawudeen, and attended by representatives from various departments and ministries

A Tribute to a Dedicated Public Servant


In his farewell speech, Engr. Salawudeen described Engr. Banjo as a dedicated, humble, and patriotic individual who has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, unwavering commitment, and mediating qualities throughout his illustrious career. He noted that Engr. Banjo's legacy would continue to inspire colleagues and friends, and that his contributions to the growth and peaceful coexistence of the organization would be greatly missed.

In his response, Engr. Banjo expressed his gratitude to God Almighty for His grace and mercy, which enabled him to serve with dedication and integrity. He also thanked his colleagues, departmental heads, and the management of Ogun State Water Corporation for their support and cooperation during his service. 


Engr. Banjo assured them that although he is officially retired, his commitment to public service and humanity would continue unabated.
