Empowering My Constituency Is Always A Delight Doing On Regular Basis...Hon Adebayo Adebola Adekoya

 

Former Chairman of Ijebu North Local Government, Hon. Barrister Adeboya Adebola Adekoya, has launched a comprehensive empowerment program for residents of the area, demonstrating his commitment to grassroots development and community welfare.

In an interview with Ijebu Today, Today Update Magazine, Today RadioTV online Station and other Journalists and Broadcasters, Hon. Barrister Adebayo Adebola Adekoya expressed his sense of relief and comfort in empowering his Ijebu North Local Government Constituency. He noted that this initiative is a way of giving back to the Community that has supported him politically and otherwise since his childhood.

Additionally, monetary support was disbursed to different groups, including vulnerable individuals at each Ward, Market Leaders (Iyalojas and Babalojas), Elderly members of each Market, and physically challenged members.

Other beneficiaries include 2,000 Okada and tricycle of riders / Marwa, who received 4 liters of petrol each, with said support extending to Ifelodun to Ijebu Igbo.

Other empowerment packages programs have already benefited others across the Ijebu North Constituency, including Ijebu Igbo, Ago Iwoye, Our, Ilaporu, Awa, and Maamu, with petroleum support.  APC Party members, Community Leaders, Youth representatives from the National Youths Council, and opinion Leaders also received token support, ranging from N10,000 to N20,000 per ward. Eventually over 5,000 individuals benefited from the entire largesse on said day.

The ,"Empowerment Event", which attracted notable political chieftains, State and Local Government officers, and Community Leaders, including Senator Kaka, Hon. Otunba Oladele Osifeso, Hon. Mosunmola Oladipupo, Alhaja Adetola Kadiri, and others, featured a health check for the general public.

As a seasoned politician and lawyer, Hon. Adebayo Adebola Adekoya emphasized the importance of staying connected with his people and constituency. He stated that this initiative is a way of thanking God for the enablement and support he has received from his leaders and the entire people of the constituency over the years.

He concluded that this is just the beginning, many others empowerment would be coming up as time and season unfolds moving forward
